I absolutely love it when clients refer their friends to my portrait studio, and then those friend become amazing clients! This gorgeous lady is one of the sweetest women I know. This is her double rainbow baby, so we went ALL out for her maternity session. This little boy is already SO loved. I can not wait to meet him very soon!

Growing baby sessions are always so much fun. I love watching my little clients grow and change so much between sessions. This little one was already becoming VERY mobile, so we had to do some tricks to try and keep her still. Needless to say...her beautiful momma and I were sweating by the end! Ha! But when you see the smiles we captured, you know it was all worth it.
Here are just a few of my favorite images from this super fun Growing Baby mini session.
This was such a special mini newborn session for me, as it was for a dear friend and fellow photographer. This little man is her 5th little babe, and was absolutely precious for his photos. While it was just a mini newborn session, we managed to capture several special images. Here are just a few of my faves...
It has been a hard time keeping this news a secret, and I am sure a lot of you have see the "for sale" sign in our front yard for awhile now. But yes...we are on the move once again.
Don't worry though...it's not far. While we have loved our time in Hastings, we have made the hard decision to move to Kearney, NE.
My parents health is getting to the point that they need additional help and guidance. Yet they are quite stubborn, and refused to move to Hastings with us. So....we bought a new home in Kearney so they can move in with us! Ha!
It's definitely going to be an adjustment, and I am sure at some point we will feel like we just adopted two grown children. But we know this is for the best for their health and safety.
We are definitely sad to have to leave behind so many amazing friends and clients. But we do hope that you all understand...family has to come first. I know I have said this to many of you wit your own families, so I do hope that you will understand it when it comes to my own.
I appreciate you all, and do hope that you will all still come visit me in Kearney...maybe even hire me to capture future memories for you.
Much love to you all!
Oh this precious little peanut! I absolutely am in love with her cheeks and perfect little lips. Her mommas are probably even more in love with her, too!

Another adorable cake smash is on the blog! I know I have probably said it a million times...but I really do love Cake Smash sessions. Especially when the kiddos have a reaction like this! Look at that smile! Perfection!

Las Vegas, NV
I have known this beautiful momma and her amazing kiddos for 9 years now. She is truly one of the strongest women I know, and I am always so honored when she entrusts me to capture her family moments. It's wonderful to watch her kids grow and change through the years. They are all so fun, and I'm positive these kiddos keep their mom on her toes every waking moment of the day. But just look at the love they have...simply beautiful.
Here are just a few of my favorites from this amazing outdoor family destination session to Las Vegas, NV. Enjoy!
Boulder City, NV
By now, you probably realize how much I love to travel around the country for my clients. Destination sessions like this one are just part of why I love my job so much. A beautiful family and a stunning location.
What you might not realize, I LOVE to take photos of families with their pets. And I'm not just talking a dog, but Horses, Cats, even birds and snakes.
A pet can be a huge part of your life, of your family's life. So why not consider adding them to your family portraits at least once. And that is just what the Miller family decided to do.
Four of the most beautiful horses, a silly pony, and a puppy all came with them for this photo shoot at Boulder City, NV Dry Lake Bed.
The images are now priceless memories that they will always have of their WHOLE family...pets included. Even Grandma came out to be apart of this momentous occasion. Gotta love it!
Just a few of my favorite images are listed below. Enjoy, and feel free to contact me for your next Family portrait session. I would love to chat with you.
If you are a follower of my blog, these adorable smiling faces may look very familiar to you. But you may be asking...why are they in Nebraska and not Las Vegas? Well, that is because their mommy and daddy took a family vacation to Iowa and our studio was a stop along the way for them. How awesome is that!?!?
Mom is in the Army, and had just gotten off of a very long training stint in Texas. So as a reward they took a vacation and wanted some awesome family photos done (see part two for those). However...I thought mom might also like a few of her kiddos with her army gear. So while they were here we did these sweet little photos in our studio. It was so much fun!
